Terms & Conditions
Limitation of Liability
Arthurs Attire Ltd conducts its business with care and attention to detail; however, its liability to you shall be limited to the value of the goods purchased and any direct loss that arises as a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a failure to meet its obligations. Arthurs Attire shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income, revenue, or time.
Where products are selected, sized, or specified by the customer, including in the case of made-to-measure or tailored garments, responsibility for the accuracy of such selections rests with the customer. Arthurs Attire cannot accept responsibility for matters of fit where measurements or size choices provided are incorrect or unsuitable.
Nothing within these terms shall exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, obligations implied under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, liability arising under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.
While appropriate safeguards are maintained, no warranty is given that the website will be entirely free from interruptions, errors, or harmful digital elements.

Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, industrial action, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, conflict, natural events, public health emergencies, disruptions to transport or communications, or actions taken by governmental or regulatory authorities.
In such circumstances, performance shall be suspended for the duration of the event. Where possible, Arthurs Attire will seek to fulfil its obligations within a reasonable time or, where this is not practicable, provide an appropriate resolution.
